Signature Collection

The Signature collection is made up of Valpolicella wines produced exclusively by Giampiero Borghetti, with care, passion and respect for methods he learned as a child. In the collection we find 4 DOC and DOCG wines plus 3 IGT wines – producer’s expression.

The classic wines proposed are:

• Valpolicella Classico Superiore DOC
• Valpolicella Ripasso Superiore DOC
• Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG
• Amarone Riserva della Valpolicella DOCG

We also propose a Magnum version for Ripasso della Valpolicella DOC and for Amarone della Valpolicella DOCG.

The IGT wines made from Valpolicella grapes are:

• Le 4 Vigne – IGT rosso Verona: a personal interpretation of a historic family label, a label that won first prize among wines from the five communes of Valpolicella Classica in 1987. A wine made from the same grapes as Valpolicella classico DOC but with a slight apassimento.
• CORVINA – IGT Rosso Verona: a decisive expression of the producer’s style, created from the queen of the Valpolicella grapes – Corvina – lightly mellowed and then aged for months in Slavonian oak barrels.
• DOLCEVITA – IGT Passito Dolce: a wine produced like the Recioto of yesteryear, with a sugar level below the threshold of contemporary Recioto, appreciated even by those who are not lovers of sweet and raisin wines. A limited edition, numbered bottles make these small bottles almost jewellery and original gift items.
• RIFLESSI Rosso Fresco – IGT Rosso Verona: a fresh red wine, produced using the cryomaceration technique, exclusively from Valpolicella grapes. A wine to be served chilled, like a white wine, an explosion of fresh fruit aromas and irresistible color.
