Grapes

100% Corvina Veronese cultivation exclussively by hand.

Wine Production

Crushing and removing grapes from clusters. Fermentation at controlled temperature and maturity for 10 days.

Ageing

Maturity in barrels and Slavonic oak boxes and short duration ageing in bottles.

Taste notes

Intense, ruby red color. When smelling, it presents a bouquet that remembers of cherries and Morello cherries, with a note of small fruits and condiments typical for the sort. Velveted, delicate taste, with rich and persistant body. The residual taste keeps a freshness and special acidity. Rich and extraordinary wine, increases the specific character of the sort Corvina.

Alcohol 14% Vol; Total acidity 5,6 g/l; Sugar residual 5,7 g/l; Dried net extract 29 g/l.

Gastronomy

Ideal with meals like paste, chicken, lamb, red meat, wild meat and cheese. It is recommended to be served at a temperature of 16 -17 C.
