Vinification

Dopo l’appassimento di circa 1 mese, segue la pigiatura e diraspatura delle uve. Fermentazione a temperatura controllata e macerazione per 10/15 giorni.

Aging

Maturazione in botti grandi di rovere di Slavonia per 12 mesi e breve affinamento in bottiglia.

Tasting notes

Intense ruby red color. The nose highlights a bouquet reminiscent of cherry and black cherry, with hints of red fruits and spices typical of the variety. Velvety, soft, full-bodied and persistent taste. The residual taste keeps a freshness and special acidity. Rich and extraordinary wine, increases the specific character of the sort Corvina.

Alcohol 14% Vol; Total acidity 5,6 g/l; Sugar residual 5,7 g/l; Dried net extract 29 g/l.

Gastronomy

Ideale con piatti a base di pasta, carni rosse, selvaggina e formaggi. It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16-17 °C.
