100% Glera.

Vinification

Grapes vinified in white, hand-picked and processed with a soft pressing. The wine is obtained with primary fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature. The sparkling wine is produced following the Italian method in autoclave (Charmat method), lasting about 60 days. It is then filtered and bottled cold.

Tasting notes

Straw yellow wine, vinous, light and distinctly fruity aroma reminiscent of wisteria and acacia flowers. Delicate, pleasant and harmonious flavor in its modest alcohol content.

Analysis

Alcohol 11% Vol; Total acidity 5,5 g/l; Residual sugars 10 g/l.

Gastronomy

Sparkling aperitif par excellence, very versatile. It pairs very well with risottos, soups and white meats. It is enhanced with fish, especially with molluscs, seafood, crustaceans and vegetables (radicchio and mushrooms). It should be served at 6-8 °C.
