Grapes

86% Glera, 14% Pinot nero.

Vinification

Grapes vinified in vianco for the glera and in red for the pinot noir. Then the assembly and the foaming are carried out which takes place in an autoclave with the Charmat/Martinotti method for about 3 months. This is followed by filtration and cold bottling.

Tasting notes

Sparkling wine with a pale pink color and fine and persistent perlage. A Brut prosecco with a strong personality where numerous fruity aromas blend with light floral notes and sensations of fresh pink fruit. Fresh and fragrant flavor with a persistent finish.

Analysis

Alcohol 11% Vol; Total acidity 6 g/l; Residual sugar 11 g/l.

Gastronomy

Excellent as an aperitif, excellent with raw fish and fish dishes, especially shellfish. Serving temperature 6-8 °C.
