Harvest: By hand.
Cultivation by hand and selecting the best clusters at the end of month September. Withering at the end of September, for approximately 140 days, in order to obtain the ideal concentration.
Intense red color with violet reflexes. Fine, etherich, fruity, perfumed. Sweet, velveted and rich taste, with notes of cherry and Morello cherry.
Alcohol 13% Vol; Total acidity 6,0 g/l; Sugar residual 135 g/l; Dried net extract 36 g/l.
