Grapes harvested by hand and by machine. Soft pressing, decantation and fermentation in white at controlled temperature (14-15 °C).

Straw yellow color. Fruity, floral, broad, fine, elegant nose, typical of Pinot Grigio. Dry, soft, fresh and fruity flavor.

Alcohol 12.5% Vol.

Ideal as an aperitif as well as for appetizers and fish-based dishes. An ideal companion for any occasion served at a temperature of 8/9 degrees.
